We participate in extended opening hours on the 2nd Saturday morning of each month at Collington Surgery for patients who are unable to attend during normal surgery hours.
These sessions are subject to change.
When the surgery is closed (evenings and weekends) please phone the surgery as above and follow the instructions or telephone South East Health on 111 who provide the ‘out-of-hours’ service on behalf of Hastings & Rother CCG. They will pass a message to the doctor on duty who may phone you to assess your problem. You might be asked to attend the out-of-hours clinic, or receive a home visit.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
