We appreciate your continued support during these challenging times and ask when attending an appointment at the surgery you wear a face mask or another form of face covering i.e scarf to enable us to further limit the risk of infection to patients and surgery staff.

New Patient Registration

CollingtonWe can only accept new patients who live in our practice area. You can register by completing a registration form which can be obtained from the practice or downloaded from the above “Registering Online” tab.

As a patient you have the right to express which particular practitioner you may wish to consult. The practice will also require some form of identity, e.g. marriage or birth certificate, driving licence, paid utility bills or evidence of benefit entitlement.

When you register, we will ask you to make an appointment to see the doctor followed by a new patient check with our practice nurse.Ninfield

Please note that patient registration takes up to 48 hours to complete and therefore in an emergency please contact your previous surgery or the nearest walk-in Centre.

Catchment Areas

The Collington Surgery boundary encompasses the whole of Bexhill from Northeye in the west to Lunsford Cross in the north and Glyne Gap to the east (postcode area TN39/TN40).

The Ninfield Surgery boundary provides services to people in Ninfield, Ashburnam, Catsfield, Henley Down, Crowhurst, Hooe, Whydown, Boreham Street, Wartling, Windmill Hill and Bodle Street Green.
